Refund & Returns Policy
At The Supplement Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods such as protein powders or supplements that are opened and/or used cannot be returned.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases are also non-returnable.
- Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and certain health and personal care items.
How to Complete Your Return:
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Opened supplements, health products, or goods not in their original condition.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—refund processing can take time.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@thesupplementstore.co.uk and send the item to: [physical address].
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
